minutesThis healthy and easy to make Apple Milkshake, is not only healthy but also tasty. Can have to stop little hunger at anytime.
Ingredients
Apple (सेब) – 1
Chilled Milk (दूध) – 2 cups
Almonds(बादाम) – 9-10
Sugar (चीनी) – 1 tbsp.
Directions
- Peel and chop apple (सेब). Keep aside.
- Soak almonds (बादाम) in hot water for 5-10 minutes to get soften.
- In a mixer jar add milk (दूध), chopped apple (सेब), soaked almonds (बादाम) and honey (शहद). Blend them to make a smooth mixture.
- Pour into 2 cocktail glasses and garnish with few chopped almonds (बादाम). Serve chilled.
