Chilli Sauce Recipe: Chilli sauce, also known as hot sauce or pepper sauce, is a favorite condiment for those who love spicy food. I make my chilli sauce with tomatoes, chillies, sugar, and vinegar. You can reduce the sugar if you prefer a hotter sauce and adjust the amount of vinegar according to your taste.
Chilli sauce is a great condiment for pizza, pasta, burgers, and any dish where you want a little extra heat.
