Beans Chilli Soup

minutesThis easy to no time cook healthy Beans Chilli Soup can great for dinner or can pack for Lunch. Can have as a complete meal or side dish.
Ingredients
3 kind of Baked Beans โ 1/2 cup (Any)
Tomato (เคเคฎเคพเคเคฐ) โ 6 +1
Onion (เคชเฅเคฏเคพเค) โ 1
Capsicum (เคถเคฟเคฎเคฒเคพ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเค) โ 1
Spring Onions (เคนเคฐเฅ เคชเฅเคฏเคพเค) โ 2-3
White Sauce โ 1 1/2 tbsp.
Chilli Sauce โ 1/2 tsp.
Sugar (เคเฅเคจเฅ) โ 1/2 tbsp.
Oil (เคคเฅเคฒ) โ 1/2 tsp.
Salt (เคจเคฎเค) as per taste.
Directions
- Roughly chop 6 tomatoes (เคเคฎเคพเคเคฐ). Finely chop 1 tomato (เคเคฎเคพเคเคฐ), onion (เคชเฅเคฏเคพเค), capsicum (เคถเคฟเคฎเคฒเคพ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเค), and spring onions (เคนเคฐเฅ เคชเฅเคฏเคพเค). Keep aside.
- In a deep pan take 4 cups of water with roughly chopped tomatoes (เคเคฎเคพเคเคฐ). Cook for 8-10 minutes. Keep aside and let it cool completely.
- When cool completely, blend this mixture with blender and strain it with sieve (เคเคฒเคจเฅ). Keep aside.
- In deep pan heat oil, add finely chopped onion (เคชเฅเคฏเคพเค) and sautรฉ simmer for a minute.
- After that add finely chopped capsicum (เคถเคฟเคฎเคฒเคพ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเค) and spring onions (เคนเคฐเฅ เคชเฅเคฏเคพเค); sautรฉ simmer for a minute.
- Now add tomato puree which we make above. Bring it to boil on high flame and cook for 2-3 minutes. Stirring in-between.
- Finally add finely chopped tomato (เคเคฎเคพเคเคฐ), baked beans, white sauce, chilli sauce, sugar (เคเฅเคจเฅ) and salt as per taste; mix well and cook simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stirring in-between.
- Garnish with grated cheese or finely chopped coriander (เคนเคฐเคพ เคงเคจเคฟเคฏเคพ). Serve hot.
