This White Sauce also called Béchamel Sauce is one of the French four “Mother Sauces”. Can used in verity of dishes and also a base of many other sauces.
- In a non-sticky pan heat the butter (मक्खन), add refined flour (मैदा) and cook simmer for 1-2 minutes – keep stirring continuously.
- Now add Milk (दूध) and cook simmer until milk (दूध) thicken enough for sauce texture.
- Add salt as per taste and black pepper (काली मिर्च) powder, mix well. Cook further for 1 minute simmer.
- Store in an air tight container and use when required.
