Korean Sprout Beans Salad

minutesThis homemade fresh Korean Sprout Beans Salad is healthy and tasty; can have as a diet meal or side dish in any meal.
Ingredients
Sprout beans – 1 bowel
White sesame (तिल) seeds – 1 tbsp
Salad oil (or sesame (तिल) oil or olive oil) – 1 tbsp
Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
Onion (प्याज) – 1 1/2 tbsp
Sugar (if not like sugar use salt as per taste) – 1 1/2 tbsp
Garlic (लहसुन) – 1-2 clove (कली)
Directions
- Clean and wash sprout beans in cold water.
- Drop them in boiling water and let stand for 3 minutes. Drain thoroughly.
- Meanwhile finely chop onion (प्याज) and garlic (लहसुन). Keep aside.
- Heat a salad oil in a pan, lower the heat and add white sesame (तिल) seeds. stirring constantly.
- Now add boiling water drained sprout beans. Mix well with soft hands.
- Add chopped onion (प्याज), garlic (लहसुन). Mix well with fork & cook for 1 minute.
- Turn of the heat and add soy sauce with sugar. Mix well.
- Serve cold.
