This homemade fresh Korean Sprout Beans Salad is healthy and tasty; can have as a diet meal or side dish in any meal.

Ingredients

Directions

  • Clean and wash sprout beans in cold water.
  • Drop them in boiling water and let stand for 3 minutes. Drain thoroughly.
  • Meanwhile finely chop onion (प्याज) and garlic (लहसुन). Keep aside.
  • Heat a salad oil in a pan, lower the heat and add white sesame (तिल) seeds. stirring constantly.
  • Now add boiling water drained sprout beans. Mix well with soft hands.
  • Add chopped onion (प्याज), garlic (लहसुन). Mix well with fork & cook for 1 minute.
  • Turn of the heat and add soy sauce with sugar. Mix well.
  • Serve cold.
