Mushroom Paneer Chilli – Indo Chinese foods are most famous here in north India and I also love them to have some time for a change. This is a very simple and easy to made recipe, I made it lots of time. In this recipe I use gram flour (рдмреЗрд╕рди) instead of all-purpose flour (рдореИрджрд╛) and itтАЩs made very yummy. Mushroom Paneer Chilli

Ingredients
Mushroom (рдорд╢рд░реВрдо) – 8-10
Cottage cheese (рдкрдиреАрд░) – 100 grams
Capsicum (рд╢рд┐рдорд▓рд╛ рдорд┐рд░реНрдЪ) – 1 medium
Onion (рдкреНрдпрд╛рдЬ) – 1 medium
Gram flour (рдмреЗрд╕рди) – 5-6 tbsp.
Cornflour – 1+1 tbsp.
Chaat masala – 1/4 tsp
Soya sauce – 1/2 tbsp.
Tomato sauce – 1 tbsp.
Chilli sauce – 2 tbsp.
Oil (рддреЗрд▓) for deep fry.
Salt (рдирдордХ) to taste.
Directions
- Dice cut cottage cheese (рдкрдиреАрд░) and capsicum (рд╢рд┐рдорд▓рд╛ рдорд┐рд░реНрдЪ). Slice mushroom (рдорд╢рд░реВрдо) and onion (рдкреНрдпрд╛рдЬ).
- In a bowl mix gram flour (рдмреЗрд╕рди), 1 tbsp. cornflour, chaat masala and salt to taste.
- Now, add diced cottage cheese (рдкрдиреАрд░) and sliced mushroom (рдорд╢рд░реВрдо). Mix well.
- Finally add little-little water and make not to thick or thin batter.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry cottage cheese (рдкрдиреАрд░), mushroom (рдорд╢рд░реВрдо) until golden brown.
- Take them out in a plate cover with paper napkin. Keep aside.
- In wok heat 1 tbsp. oil. Add sliced onion (рдкреНрдпрд╛рдЬ) and saut├й for 2-3 minute.
- Add sliced capsicum (рд╢рд┐рдорд▓рд╛ рдорд┐рд░реНрдЪ) and saut├й for 5-10 minute until capsicums (рд╢рд┐рдорд▓рд╛ рдорд┐рд░реНрдЪ) little soften.
- In a bowl mix 1 tbsp. cornflour with water, mix very well and make sure there is no lump.
- Add this mixture into semi cooked onion (рдкреНрдпрд╛рдЬ) and capsicums (рд╢рд┐рдорд▓рд╛ рдорд┐рд░реНрдЪ). Saut├й for 1-2 minutes.
- Now add fried cottage cheese (рдкрдиреАрд░) and mushroom (рдорд╢рд░реВрдо) pakora‘s. Cook for 5-10 minutes.
- Add Soya sauce, Tomato sauce and Chilli sauce. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Your Mushroom-Paneer Chilli ready. Serve hot with naan or chapattis.
