Radish, Carrot & Onion toast with Coriander and lemon juice is a great and easy to make salad, that goes well with every main course. This salad is also good for diabetics. I made it on regular interval during radish and carrot session. Goes well will every kind of meal.

Ingredients
Radish (เคฎเฅเคฒเฅ) – 1 medium
Carrot (เคเคพเคเคฐ) – 2 medium
Onion (เคชเฅเคฏเคพเคเคผ) – 2 medium
Coriander (เคนเคฐเคพ เคงเคจเคฟเคฏเคพ) – 15-20 Springs
Green chilies (เคนเคฐเฅ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเค) – 1-2 as per your taste
Lemon (เคจเคฟเคเคฌเฅ) – 1
Black pepper (เคเคพเคฒเฅ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเค) powder– 1/2 tbsp.
Salt (เคจเคฎเค)to taste.
Directions
- Wash and peel the radish (เคฎเฅเคฒเฅ) and carrot (เคเคพเคเคฐ). Keep aside.
- Peel and wash onion (เคชเฅเคฏเคพเคเคผ). Keep aside.
- Washed coriander (เคนเคฐเคพ เคงเคจเคฟเคฏเคพ) and green chilies (เคนเคฐเฅ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเค). Keep aside.
- Dice radish (เคฎเฅเคฒเฅ), carrots (เคเคพเคเคฐ), onion (เคชเฅเคฏเคพเคเคผ), coriander (เคนเคฐเคพ เคงเคจเคฟเคฏเคพ) and green chilli separately into small pieces. Keep aside.
- Squeeze the lemon (เคจเคฟเคเคฌเฅ) to take out its use. Keep aside.
- In a deep mixing bowl add diced radish (เคฎเฅเคฒเฅ), carrot (เคเคพเคเคฐ), onion (เคชเฅเคฏเคพเคเคผ), coriander (เคนเคฐเคพ เคงเคจเคฟเคฏเคพ) and green chilies (เคนเคฐเฅ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเค) with lemon (เคจเคฟเคเคฌเฅ) juice, black pepper (เคเคพเคฒเฅ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเค) powder, salt (เคจเคฎเค) to taste. Mix well.
- Your radish (เคฎเฅเคฒเฅ), carrot (เคเคพเคเคฐ) and onion (เคชเฅเคฏเคพเคเคผ) salad is ready. Enjoy it as a side dish with your main course of lunch or dinner or have it alone as a diet meal or evening snack.
