Corn Paneer

minutesCorn Paneer is a homemade new style easy to make new recipe for vegetarian people.
Ingredients
Cottage Cheese (เคชเคจเฅเคฐ) – 250 grams
Sweet Corn – ยฝ cup (frozen)
Peas (เคฎเคเคฐ) – โ cup
Onion (เคชเฅเคฏเคพเค) – 1 medium
Capsicum (เคถเคฟเคฎเคฒเคพ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเค) – 1 medium
Tomato (เคเคฎเคพเคเคฐ) – 1 medium
Green Chilli (เคนเคฐเฅ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเค) – 1
Cumin Seeds (เคเฅเคฐเคพ) – ยฝ tsp.
Turmeric (เคนเคฒเฅเคฆเฅ) Powder – ยฝ tsp.
Vegetable Oil (เคคเฅเคฒ) – 1 tbsp.
Salt (เคจเคฎเค) as per taste.
Directions
- Wash all veggies and keep aside separately.
- Finely chop onion (เคชเฅเคฏเคพเค), capsicum (เคถเคฟเคฎเคฒเคพ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเค), tomato (เคเคฎเคพเคเคฐ) and green chilli (เคนเคฐเฅ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเค). keep aside separately.
- Small dice cut cottage cheese (เคชเคจเฅเคฐ). Keep aside.
- In a non-stick pan heat oil and add cumin seeds (เคเฅเคฐเคพ).
- When cumin starts crackling add chopped green chilli (เคนเคฐเฅ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเค) and onion (เคชเฅเคฏเคพเค). Sautรฉ until onion (เคชเฅเคฏเคพเค) become little translucent.
- Add turmeric (เคนเคฒเฅเคฆเฅ) powder, deggi mirch (เคฆเฅเคเฅเคเฅ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเค) and salt (เคจเคฎเค) as per taste. Mix well.
- Now add peas (เคฎเคเคฐ) and sweet corns. Mix well and cook simmer for 1 or 2 minutes, until both become little tender.
- When peas (เคฎเคเคฐ) and sweet corns become little tender add dice cut cottage cheese and chopped capsicum (เคถเคฟเคฎเคฒเคพ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเค). Mix well and cook simmer for another 2 minutes.
- At this point add chopped tomato (เคเคฎเคพเคเคฐ). Mix well and cook simmer for next 1 minute.
- Your Corn Paneer main course dish is ready, serve hot with naan or roti.
Notes
- You can use frozen peas or fresh peas, all up to you.
