minutesThis Basil Lemon Mojito is simple yet attractive drink. Can serve as welcome drink in any home party, even in winter too without ice.
Ingredients
Lemon (เคจเฅเคเคฌเฅ)ย –ย 2
Basil Leavesย –ย 6
Club Sodaย –ย 500 ml
Honey (เคถเคนเคฆ)ย –ย 2 tbsp.
Salt (เคจเคฎเค)ย –ย 2 pinch
Ice cubes as much required.
Directions
- Take out the lemon (เคจเฅเคเคฌเฅ) juice from 1 lemon (เคจเฅเคเคฌเฅ) and make thin round wedges of other lemon (เคจเฅเคเคฌเฅ). Keep aside.
- Take glasses and wet the rim of glasses with lemon juice.
- Spread the sugar and salt in a plate and dip the glass rim in it so that the rim gets coated with honey and salt granules.
- Take one glass from these 2 sugar and salt coated rim glasses and place 1 lemon (เคจเฅเคเคฌเฅ) wedge, 3 basil (เคคเฅเคฒเคธเฅ) leaves, half of lemon (เคจเฅเคเคฌเฅ) juice, half of the remaining honey and salt mix. Now muddle gently to release the flavors from the lemon (เคจเฅเคเคฌเฅ) and basil (เคคเฅเคฒเคธเฅ) leaves. Do the same process with other glass.
- After that fill both glasses half with ice cubes and finally add soda.
- Garnish with 1 lemon (เคจเฅเคเคฌเฅ) wedge and serve immediately.
