Nutri Mushroom Pasta

minutesThis Nutri Mushroom Pasta is great for any vegetarian snack time meal.
Ingredients
Lumaconi pasta (macaroni – 1 bowl
Mushroom (मशरूम) – 2-3
Soya chunks – a handful
Oil (तेल) – 1 tsp.
Soya sauce – 1 tsp.
Black pepper (काली मिर्च) powder – a pinch.
Salt (नमक) as per taste.
Directions
- Small dice cut mushroom (मशरूम). Keep aside.
- Now, in a micro safe bowl add lumaconi pasta (macaroni), diced cut mushroom (मशरूम), Soya chunks, oil (तेल), soya sauce, black pepper (काली मिर्च) powder and salt (नमक) as per taste. Mix well.
- Place this bowl in a microware and cook for 10 minutes on high temperature.
- After 10 minutes your new form of healthy pasta one-bowl meal is ready to eat.
Notes
- You can remove oil but by adding 1 tsp. your pasta will not stick to each other.
