The RasSmoothies are healthy and anyone can take it anytime.

Ingredients

  • Raspberries (रास्पबेरी) – 8-10

  • Banana (केला) – 1

  • Full cream milk – 1 cup

  • Honey (शहद) – 1 tbsp

  • Ice cubes – as much requires (Optional)

Directions

  • Peel and roughly cut banana (केला).
  • In a blander jar combine raspberries (रास्पबेरी), banana (केला). Blend it until not become smooth paste.
  • Now add full cream milk and honey (शहद). Blend gain to mix all together.
  • Take 4 cocktail glasses and add 2-3 ice cubes, now pour this Raspberry Smoothie over these ice cubes. Enjoy your smoothie.
