Chokha Recipe – (चोखा): As I previously shared the Litti (लिट्टी) recipe with my readers, today I am sharing my Chokha recipe. Litti and Chokha together make a complete and delicious meal. Traditionally, Chokha is made with potato (आलू), brinjal (बैंगन), or both. In my recipe, I use both potato and brinjal. Chokha is served with roasted litti, which is dipped in ghee before serving.
