Coconut milk is a popular food ingredient in many places like Southeast Asia, the Caribbean and northern South Africa; it is also used as a beverage or an ingredient of dishes like sweet corn Green Curry. - Fresh coconut - 2
- Brake coconut into two halves, reserve its water and remove the cream with the help of sharp knife. (be careful while using knife, it will hard to remove cream from coconut).
- Now blend cream and water of coconut with blender until cream and water fully mix or become smooth. If you require you can add little water in-between blending to make more liquidly coconut milk.
- Coconut milk is ready; store it in refrigerator with in glass jar to use it later.
• If you want to use this coconut milk in making of other dish then strain the solids from milk with the help of sieve (छलनी).
