This 15 minutes rice is prepared in microwave and also a one-bowl meal, you can increase or decrease veggies according to your taste and availability in your kitchen. But I want to say you that must use cottage cheese (เคชเคจเฅเคฐ) as it enhances the flavour of your rice.

15 Minutes Rice

Ingredients
Basmati rice (เคเคพเคตเคฒ) – 3/4 cup
Peas (เคฎเคเคฐ) – a hand full
Onion (เคชเฅเคฏเคพเค) – 1 medium
Capsicum (เคถเคฟเคฎเคฒเคพ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเค) – 1 small
Carrot (เคเคพเคเคฐ) – 1 small
Mushroom (เคฎเคถเคฐเฅเคฎ) – 2-3 medium
Cottage cheese (เคชเคจเฅเคฐ) – 50 grams
Soya sauce – 1/2 tbsp.
Oil (เคคเฅเคฒ) – 1/2 tsp.
Black pepper (เคเคพเคฒเฅ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเค) powder – a pinch
Salt (เคจเคฎเค) as per taste.
Directions
- Slice onion (เคชเฅเคฏเคพเค), capsicum (เคถเคฟเคฎเคฒเคพ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเค), carrot (เคเคพเคเคฐ), mushroom (เคฎเคถเคฐเฅเคฎ). Keep aside.
- Wash basmati rice (เคเคพเคตเคฒ). Keep aside.
- Roughly mash cottage cheese (เคชเคจเฅเคฐ). Keep aside
- Now, in a micro safe bowl mix sliced onion (เคชเฅเคฏเคพเค), capsicum (เคถเคฟเคฎเคฒเคพ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเค), carrot (เคเคพเคเคฐ), mushroom (เคฎเคถเคฐเฅเคฎ) with washed basmati rice (เคเคพเคตเคฒ), peas (เคฎเคเคฐ), soya sauce, oil (เคคเฅเคฒ), black pepper (เคเคพเคฒเฅ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเค) powder and salt (เคจเคฎเค) as per taste. Mix very well.
- Place this bowl in a microwave and cook for 15 minutes on high temperature.
- After 15 take out and add mashed cottage cheese (เคชเคจเฅเคฐ). Mix well and eat.
Notes
- If you have spinach (เคชเคพเคฒเค) use 4-5 roughly chopped leaves.
