Raspberry Ice Cream
In summer everyone love to have ice-cream and if they are homemade with fruits and milk then what is good then this. Not even in summer people love to have ice-creams in almost all seasons. This ice cream recipe is very easy to follow and require very few ingredients.

- Frozen raspberries - 1 ½ cup
- Fresh cream (ताजी मलाई) - 1 cup
- Milk (दूध) - 1 cup
- Sugar (चीनी) - 1 cup
- Take out raspberries from freezer and let them rest in a room temperature to become little soften.
- Now take hand blander and make puree of these berries. Filter this puree through strainer.
- Add sugar and mix well, if require again blend with blender.
- Add cream and mix well.
- Add milk (make sure milk is boiled and chilled), mix well.
- Take your ice-cream maker and make your ice-cream according to the instructions given by ice-cream maker company.
- Your ice-cream is get ready in 40-45 minutes, serve it before get melts or store in a freezer in air-tight container for later use.
• If you don’t have ice cream maker you can also freeze it in your freezer like Popsicle's. If will gave you little bit different taste, but it’s also love by all. Freezing will take 6-8 hours for perfect Popsicle. • If you like you can also add few drops of lemon to give little sour taste to your ice-cream.
