Sabudana Khichdi

Sabudana Khichdi

Sabudana Khichdi Recipe is popular in many parts of India, especially during fasting such as Navratri. Today, people enjoy it throughout the year as breakfast or an evening snack. My family and I love having it at any time of the day.

Making non-sticky sabudana (sago or tapioca pearls) khichdi takes a little practice. My first attempt was not perfect either, but after making it again and again, I learned how to get the right texture.

In this recipe, Iโ€™m sharing what I learned from my experience of making non-sticky sabudana khichdi. If you enjoy simple morning meals, you can also explore my Breakfast recipes.
