Crispy Corns Recipe: Crispy corns are a popular starter that you can find in many restaurants. When I first had crispy corn at one of our local restaurants, I wanted to have it again and again like a greedy personโ€ฆ ๐Ÿ˜› Whenever I ate them, I kept wondering what made them so crispy and what ingredients they used. Eventually, I figured out the ingredients and created my own version. I hope you enjoy my Crispy Corns Recipe.

This Crispy Corns are best snack time treat for kids and street food lovers. Can also have as a starters.

Ingredients

Directions

  • Finely chop capsicum (เคถเคฟเคฎเคฒเคพ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเคš), onion (เคชเฅเคฏเคพเคœ), green chilli (เคนเคฐเฅ€ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเคš). Make juliennes of ginger (เค…เคฆเคฐเค•). Keep aside.
  • In a big mixing bowl add sweet corns, cornflour, Black pepper (เค•เคพเคฒเฅ€ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเคš) powder, Lime juice (เคจเฅ€เคฌเฅ‚ เค•เคพ เคฐเคธ) and salt as per taste. Mix well so the every sweet corn coated completely, if requires add little water but not too much as we have to deep fry them.
  • Now in a deep frying pan heat oil and deep fry these cornflour coated sweet corns until little golden brown. Remove from oil and keep it in a plate layer by tissue paper.
  • In pan heat 1 tbsp. Oil; add chopped green chillies (เคนเคฐเฅ€ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเคš), onion (เคชเฅเคฏเคพเคœ) and sautรฉ till onion (เคชเฅเคฏเคพเคœ) become translucent. Now add ginger juliennes and chopped capsicum (เคถเคฟเคฎเคฒเคพ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเคš). Sautรฉ few minutes until capsicum (เคถเคฟเคฎเคฒเคพ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเคš) half cook.
  • Now add deep fry sweet corns. Sautรฉ for a minute.
  • Your crispy corns are ready; enjoy them as a starter with or without Green Pudina Chutney.

Notes

  • To serve to more increase the quantity in equal proportion.
