Turkish Gram (मोठ दाल) – 2 bowls
Black Chickpeas (काले चने) – 1 bowl
Directions
- Soak green gram whole lentils (साबूत मूंग दाल), turkish gram (मोठ दाल) and black chickpeas (काले चने) in warm water for over a night.
- In next morning, drain all water and leave beans covered for 2-3 days until they sprout.
- Consume it as it is or take them as a salad or snacks (make you own taste).
