- Mung beans - 2 bowls
- Mooth beans - 2 bowls
- Kala chana - 1 bowl
- Soak mung beans, mooth beans & kala chana in warm water for over a night.
- In next morning, drain all water and leave beans covered for 2-3 days until they sprout.
- Consume it as it is or take them as a salad or snacks (make you own taste).
