Paneer Sandwich Pakora Recipe: Paneer Sandwich Pakora, also known as paneer layered pakora or simple paneer pakora, is one of my favorite versions of paneer pakora. I love it because of the spicy potato masala filling, or what we call chata-pata (चटपटा) masala in India. I usually serve it with fresh green pudina chutney.
