This soup is very easy to make and along with healthy soup this is a tasty soup also.

Ingredients
Black gram (เคเคพเคฒเคพ เคเคจเคพ) – 1 bowl
Kidney beans (เคฐเคพเคเคฎเคพ) – 1 bowl
Green coriander (เคนเคฐเคพ เคงเคจเคฟเคฏเคพ) – few sprigs
Curry leaves (เคเคกเคผเฅ เคชเคคเฅเคคเคพ) – Few sprigs
Tomato (เคเคฎเคพเคเคฐ) – 2-3
Ginger (เค เคฆเคฐเค) – 1-inch
Garlic (เคฒเคนเคธเฅเคจ) – 10-12 cloves
Fresh cream (เคคเคพเคเคพ เคเฅเคฐเฅเคฎ) – 1 tbsp.
Cashews (เคเคพเคเฅ) – 3-4 (for garnish)
Almonds (เคฌเคพเคฆเคพเคฎ) – 3-4 (for garnish)
Black pepper (เคเคพเคฒเฅ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเค) powder – as per taste
Cumin seeds (เคเฅเคฐเคพ) – 1/2 tsp.
Fresh Lemon juice (เคจเฅเคเคฌเฅ เคเคพ เคฐเคธ) – few drops
Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp.
Soya sauce – 1/2 tbsp
Oil (เคคเฅเคฒ) – 1 tbsp.
Salt (เคจเคฎเค) as per taste.
Directions
- Soak black gram (เคเคพเคฒเคพ เคเคจเคพ) and kidney beans (เคฐเคพเคเคฎเคพ) overnight in warm water.
- Next morning drain water from soaked black gram (เคเคพเคฒเคพ เคเคจเคพ) and kidney beans (เคฐเคพเคเคฎเคพ) and wash them with fresh water.
- Finely chop cashews (เคเคพเคเฅ) and almonds (เคฌเคพเคฆเคพเคฎ). Keep aside.
- Peel off the skin of tomato (เคเคฎเคพเคเคฐ) by peeling it with peeler or by direct heating tomato (เคเคฎเคพเคเคฐ) over fire. Keep aside.
- Peel ginger (เค เคฆเคฐเค), garlic (เคฒเคนเคธเฅเคจ). Keep aside.
- In a pressure cooker add soaked black gram (เคเคพเคฒเคพ เคเคจเคพ), kidney beans (เคฐเคพเคเคฎเคพ), green coriander (เคนเคฐเคพ เคงเคจเคฟเคฏเคพ), curry leaves (เคเคกเคผเฅ เคชเคคเฅเคคเคพ), skin peeled tomato (เคเคฎเคพเคเคฐ), ginger (เค เคฆเคฐเค), garlic (เคฒเคนเคธเฅเคจ), black pepper (เคเคพเคฒเฅ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเค) powder, cumin seeds (เคเฅเคฐเคพ) and salt to taste.
- Add 6 bowls of water; cover the lid and cook up-to 2 – 3 whistles.
- Turn off the gas and let to pressure goes down normally.
- When pressure goes down check that black gram (เคเคพเคฒเคพ เคเคจเคพ) and kidney beans (เคฐเคพเคเคฎเคพ); make sure they must be cooked completely; if not cook more up-to 1 whistle.
- Now let the mixture cool completely in room temperature.
- After that make a fine pure of this mixture with the help of hand blander or mixture.
- In a deep heavy base pan heat oil and pour this mixture, cook on high heat until not boiled.
- Simmer the gas and cook for 5 minutes. Stair in between.
- Add fresh cream, tomato ketchup and soya sauce. Mix well and cook for more 2-3 minutes more.
- Your black gram and kidney beans soup is ready, turn off the gas and add few drops of lemon juice (เคจเฅเคเคฌเฅ เคเคพ เคฐเคธ). Mix and serve hot by adding cashews (เคเคพเคเฅ) and almonds (เคฌเคพเคฆเคพเคฎ).
