minutesThis Chilli Paneer Dry is a friedย cottage cheeseย cubes toasted with chopped veggies. Can have main side dishย in any party.
Ingredients
Cottage Cheese (เคชเคจเฅเคฐ) – 200 grams
All Purpose Flour (เคฎเฅเคฆเคพ) – 2 tbsp.
Corn Flour (เคเคพเคฐเฅเคจ เคซเฅเคฒเฅเคฐ) – 2 + 1 tbsp.
Garlic (เคฒเคนเคธเฅเคจ) – 5-6 cloves
Ginger (เค เคฆเคฐเค) – 1 inch
Green Chilli (เคนเคฐเฅ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเค) – 4
Capsicum (เคถเคฟเคฎเคฒเคพ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเค) – 1 medium
Onion (เคชเฅเคฏเคพเค) – 1 large
Soya Sauce – 2 tsp.
Green Chilli sauce – 1 tsp.
Tomato Sauce – 1 ยฝ tsp.
Oil (เคคเฅเคฒ) as much required.
Water (เคชเคพเคจเฅ) as much required.
Salt (เคจเคฎเค) as per taste.
Directions
- Cut green chillies (เคนเคฐเฅ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเค) in slits. Mince garlic (เคฒเคนเคธเฅเคจ) and ginger (เค เคฆเคฐเค). Chop capsicum (เคถเคฟเคฎเคฒเคพ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเค) and onion (เคชเฅเคฏเคพเค). Cut cottage cheese (เคชเคจเฅเคฐ) into cubes. Keep aside.
- Make a paste by mixing all purpose flour (เคฎเฅเคฆเคพ), 2 tbsp. cornflour (เคเคพเคฐเฅเคจ เคซเฅเคฒเฅเคฐ), black pepper (เคเคพเคฒเฅ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเค) powder and salt as per taste with water as much require to make medium thick mixture.
- Coat cube cut cottage cheese (เคชเคจเฅเคฐ) with this mixture and keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
- Now heat oil in a deep pan for fry these coated cottage cheese (เคชเคจเฅเคฐ) cubes and deep fry them till golden brown.
- Strain them and then put on an absorbent paper. Keep aside.
- Dissolve 1 tbsp. cornflour (เคเคพเคฐเฅเคจ เคซเฅเคฒเฅเคฐ) in 3 tbsp. water and keep aside.
- Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a pan add minced garlic (เคฒเคนเคธเฅเคจ) and ginger (เค เคฆเคฐเค), sautรฉ on medium heat until raw aroma of garlic (เคฒเคนเคธเฅเคจ) and ginger (เค เคฆเคฐเค) goes away. Now add chopped onion and sautรฉ till translucent.
- After that add chopped capsicum (เคถเคฟเคฎเคฒเคพ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเค) and slited green chillies (เคนเคฐเฅ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเค); cook for 2-3 minutes, keep stirring in between.
- Add soya sauce, green chilli sauce, tomato sauce and salt as per taste; mix well and cook further for a minute on medium heat.
- Now add fried cottage cheese (เคชเคจเฅเคฐ) cubes and dissolved cornflour (เคเคพเคฐเฅเคจ เคซเฅเคฒเฅเคฐ). Stir and cook for further 2-3 minutes on medium heat or until dissolved cornflour (เคเคพเคฐเฅเคจ เคซเฅเคฒเฅเคฐ) become thick.
- Garnish with some spring onion and serve hot.
