This Matar Mushroom dish is a main course dish and best go with Paratha or Roti.

Ingredients

Directions

  • Wash and cut mushroom. Finely chop green chillies (рд╣рд░реА рдорд┐рд░реНрдЪ), onion (рдкреНрдпрд╛рдЬ), tomato (рдЯрдорд╛рдЯрд░) and coriander leaves (рд╣рд░рд╛ рдзрдирд┐рдпрд╛). Make paste of ginger (рдЕрджрд░рдХ) and garlic (рд▓рд╣рд╕реБрди). Keep aside.
  • Heat oil in pan and add cumin (рдЬреАрд░рд╛) seeds. Saut├й till start crackling and add chopped onion (рдкреНрдпрд╛рдЬ); saut├й till translucent.
  • Now add ginger-garlic (рдЕрджрд░рдХ -рд▓рд╣рд╕реБрди) paste and green chillies (рд╣рд░реА рдорд┐рд░реНрдЪ); saut├й till raw aroma of garlic (рд▓рд╣рд╕реБрди) goes away.
  • After that add red chilli (рд▓рд╛рд▓ рдорд┐рд░реНрдЪ) powder, turmeric (рд╣рд▓реНрджреА) powder and coriander (рдзрдирд┐рдпрд╛) powder and salt to taste. Mix well.
  • Add tomato (рдЯрдорд╛рдЯрд░) and saut├й till oil separates from the gravy.
  • After that add peas (рдордЯрд░); mix well and cook for 5-10 minutes until peas (рдордЯрд░) half cooked.
  • Now add mushrooms with water to make curry; mix well. Bring it to boil, simmer the gas and cook for 5-10 minutes until gravy thicken little.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves (рд╣рд░рд╛ рдзрдирд┐рдпрд╛) and serve hot.
  • After that add red chilli (рд▓рд╛рд▓ рдорд┐рд░реНрдЪ) powder, turmeric (рд╣рд▓реНрджреА) powder and remaining coriander (рдзрдирд┐рдпрд╛) powder and salt to taste. Mix well.
  • Now add chopped ginger (рдЕрджрд░рдХ) and green chillies (рд╣рд░реА рдорд┐рд░реНрдЪ). Mix well.
  • Add tomato (рдЯрдорд╛рдЯрд░) and saut├й till oil separates from the gravy.
  • After that add peas (рдордЯрд░); mix well and cook for 5-10 minutes until peas (рдордЯрд░) half cooked.
  • Now add mushrooms with water to make curry; mix well. Bring it to boil, simmer the gas and cook for 5-10 minutes until gravy thicken little.
