minutesThis Matar Mushroom dish is a main course dish and best go with Paratha or Roti.
Ingredients
Mushroom – 1 packet
Peas (เคฎเคเคฐ) – 1 small bowl
Onion (เคชเฅเคฏเคพเค) – 1 medium
Tomato (เคเคฎเคพเคเคฐ) – 1 medium
Coriander leaves (เคนเคฐเคพ เคงเคจเคฟเคฏเคพ) – 1 bunch
Ginger (เค เคฆเคฐเค) – 3 piece of 1 inch
Garlic (เคฒเคนเคธเฅเคจ) – 3-4
Green chillies (เคนเคฐเฅ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเค) – 4
Coriander (เคงเคจเคฟเคฏเคพ) powder – 3 tsp.
Turmeric (เคนเคฒเฅเคฆเฅ) powder – 1 tsp.
Cumin (เคเฅเคฐเคพ) seeds – 1 tsp.
Oil (เคคเฅเคฒ) – 1-2 tbsp.
Salt (เคจเคฎเค) as per taste.
Directions
- Wash and cut mushroom. Finely chop green chillies (เคนเคฐเฅ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเค), onion (เคชเฅเคฏเคพเค), tomato (เคเคฎเคพเคเคฐ) and coriander leaves (เคนเคฐเคพ เคงเคจเคฟเคฏเคพ). Make paste of ginger (เค เคฆเคฐเค) and garlic (เคฒเคนเคธเฅเคจ). Keep aside.
- Heat oil in pan and add cumin (เคเฅเคฐเคพ) seeds. Sautรฉ till start crackling and add chopped onion (เคชเฅเคฏเคพเค); sautรฉ till translucent.
- Now add ginger-garlic (เค เคฆเคฐเค -เคฒเคนเคธเฅเคจ) paste and green chillies (เคนเคฐเฅ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเค); sautรฉ till raw aroma of garlic (เคฒเคนเคธเฅเคจ) goes away.
- After that add red chilli (เคฒเคพเคฒ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเค) powder, turmeric (เคนเคฒเฅเคฆเฅ) powder and coriander (เคงเคจเคฟเคฏเคพ) powder and salt to taste. Mix well.
- Add tomato (เคเคฎเคพเคเคฐ) and sautรฉ till oil separates from the gravy.
- After that add peas (เคฎเคเคฐ); mix well and cook for 5-10 minutes until peas (เคฎเคเคฐ) half cooked.
- Now add mushrooms with water to make curry; mix well. Bring it to boil, simmer the gas and cook for 5-10 minutes until gravy thicken little.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves (เคนเคฐเคพ เคงเคจเคฟเคฏเคพ) and serve hot.
- After that add red chilli (เคฒเคพเคฒ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเค) powder, turmeric (เคนเคฒเฅเคฆเฅ) powder and remaining coriander (เคงเคจเคฟเคฏเคพ) powder and salt to taste. Mix well.
- Now add chopped ginger (เค เคฆเคฐเค) and green chillies (เคนเคฐเฅ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเค). Mix well.
- Add tomato (เคเคฎเคพเคเคฐ) and sautรฉ till oil separates from the gravy.
- After that add peas (เคฎเคเคฐ); mix well and cook for 5-10 minutes until peas (เคฎเคเคฐ) half cooked.
- Now add mushrooms with water to make curry; mix well. Bring it to boil, simmer the gas and cook for 5-10 minutes until gravy thicken little.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves (เคนเคฐเคพ เคงเคจเคฟเคฏเคพ) and serve hot.
