This Matar Mushroom dish is a main course dish and best go with Paratha or Roti.

Ingredients

Directions

  • Wash and cut mushroom. Finely chop green chillies (เคนเคฐเฅ€ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเคš), onion (เคชเฅเคฏเคพเคœ), tomato (เคŸเคฎเคพเคŸเคฐ) and coriander leaves (เคนเคฐเคพ เคงเคจเคฟเคฏเคพ). Make paste of ginger (เค…เคฆเคฐเค•) and garlic (เคฒเคนเคธเฅเคจ). Keep aside.
  • Heat oil in pan and add cumin (เคœเฅ€เคฐเคพ) seeds. Sautรฉ till start crackling and add chopped onion (เคชเฅเคฏเคพเคœ); sautรฉ till translucent.
  • Now add ginger-garlic (เค…เคฆเคฐเค• -เคฒเคนเคธเฅเคจ) paste and green chillies (เคนเคฐเฅ€ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเคš); sautรฉ till raw aroma of garlic (เคฒเคนเคธเฅเคจ) goes away.
  • After that add red chilli (เคฒเคพเคฒ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเคš) powder, turmeric (เคนเคฒเฅเคฆเฅ€) powder and coriander (เคงเคจเคฟเคฏเคพ) powder and salt to taste. Mix well.
  • Add tomato (เคŸเคฎเคพเคŸเคฐ) and sautรฉ till oil separates from the gravy.
  • After that add peas (เคฎเคŸเคฐ); mix well and cook for 5-10 minutes until peas (เคฎเคŸเคฐ) half cooked.
  • Now add mushrooms with water to make curry; mix well. Bring it to boil, simmer the gas and cook for 5-10 minutes until gravy thicken little.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves (เคนเคฐเคพ เคงเคจเคฟเคฏเคพ) and serve hot.
  • After that add red chilli (เคฒเคพเคฒ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเคš) powder, turmeric (เคนเคฒเฅเคฆเฅ€) powder and remaining coriander (เคงเคจเคฟเคฏเคพ) powder and salt to taste. Mix well.
