Bharwa Achari Bhindi

Bharwa Achari Bhindi

Bharwa Achari Bhindi Recipe – भरवा आचारी भिन्डी: Bharwa Achari Bhindi is a crispy, spicy okra dish with a delicious pickle-like taste, commonly found in North Indian restaurants. I split the okra, fill it with a flavorful Indian spice mix, and sauté it until perfectly cooked. If you like, you can also add mango pickle masala to the spice mix before stuffing the okra.
