Ingredients
Curd (เคฆเคนเฅ) – 150 grams
Apple (เคธเฅเคฌ) – 1
Green grapes (เค เคเคเฅเคฐ) – 1 cup
Strawberry (เคธเฅเคเฅเคฐเฅเคฌเฅเคฐเฅ) – 2-3
Raisins (เคเคฟเคถเคฎเคฟเคถ) – handful
Dates (เคเคเฅเคฐ) – 5-6
Directions
- Soak raisins (เคเคฟเคถเคฎเคฟเคถ) in a water for 10 minutes prior to start making raita.
- Finely chop green grapes (เค เคเคเฅเคฐ), strawberry (เคธเฅเคเฅเคฐเฅเคฌเฅเคฐเฅ), almonds (เคฌเคพเคฆเคพเคฎ), cashew nuts (เคเคพเคเฅ) and dates (เคเคเฅเคฐ).keep aside.
- Remove raisins (เคเคฟเคถเคฎเคฟเคถ) from water and chop them. Keep aside.
- Peal and finely chop apple (เคธเฅเคฌ). Keep aside.
- In a big mixing bowl add all the chopped fruits and dry fruits along with curd (เคฆเคนเฅ).
- Mix well with soft hands.
- After mixing all keep it on rest for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minute serve it as your side dish.
Notes
- You can add salt on this but natural taste of fruits with curd gave in new taste and no need of salt on it.
