This Green Pudina Chutney is made up of mint leaves and other Indian spice. Can have with savory snacks Like pakora, samosa, etc.

Ingredients

Directions

  • Wash fresh mint leaves (ताजा पुदीना) and coriander leaves (ताजा धनिया). Roughly chop onion (प्याज) and peel the garlic (लहसुन) clove. Take of the lemon (नींबू) juice.
  • In a grinder jar add washed fresh mint leaves (ताजा पुदीना) and coriander leaves (ताजा धनिया) along with chopped onion (प्याज), peeled garlic (लहसुन), yogurt (दही), green chilly (हरी मिर्च), cumin seeds (जीरा), chat masala (चाट मसाला), lemon juice (नींबू का रस), black salt (काला नमक) as per taste.
  • Grind it for few seconds, if require add some water. Grind more until not become smooth paste.
  • Taste a little bit, if require add sugar (चीनी). {Sugar (चीनी) will gave you little sweet taste, if you like only then add sugar (चीनी)}
  • Store green pudina chutney in an airtight container in refrigerator. Serve while require with pakora’s, samosa’s or in lunch dinner as a side appetizer.

Notes

  • The chutney will not too think or too thin so add water according to that.
  • You can store this chutney for a week.
  • You can also use roasted cumin (जीरा) powder instead of cumin (जीरा) seeds.
  • If you like you can add more green chilly (हरी मिर्च) to make chutney spicy.
