Ingredients
Radish (рдореВрд▓реА) – 1 medium
Carrot (рдЧрд╛рдЬрд░) – 2 medium
Onion (рдкреНрдпрд╛рдЬрд╝) – 2 medium
Coriander (рд╣рд░рд╛ рдзрдирд┐рдпрд╛) – 15-20 Springs
Green chilies (рд╣рд░реА рдорд┐рд░реНрдЪ) – 1-2 as per your taste
Lemon (рдирд┐рдВрдмреВ) – 1
Black pepper (рдХрд╛рд▓реА рдорд┐рд░реНрдЪ) powder– 1/2 tbsp.
Salt (рдирдордХ)to taste.
Directions
- Wash and peel the radish (рдореВрд▓реА) and carrot (рдЧрд╛рдЬрд░). Keep aside.
- Peel and wash onion (рдкреНрдпрд╛рдЬрд╝). Keep aside.
- Washed coriander (рд╣рд░рд╛ рдзрдирд┐рдпрд╛) and green chilies (рд╣рд░реА рдорд┐рд░реНрдЪ). Keep aside.
- Dice radish (рдореВрд▓реА), carrots (рдЧрд╛рдЬрд░), onion (рдкреНрдпрд╛рдЬрд╝), coriander (рд╣рд░рд╛ рдзрдирд┐рдпрд╛) and green chilli separately into small pieces. Keep aside.
- Squeeze the lemon (рдирд┐рдВрдмреВ) to take out its use. Keep aside.
- In a deep mixing bowl add diced radish (рдореВрд▓реА), carrot (рдЧрд╛рдЬрд░), onion (рдкреНрдпрд╛рдЬрд╝), coriander (рд╣рд░рд╛ рдзрдирд┐рдпрд╛) and green chilies (рд╣рд░реА рдорд┐рд░реНрдЪ) with lemon (рдирд┐рдВрдмреВ) juice, black pepper (рдХрд╛рд▓реА рдорд┐рд░реНрдЪ) powder, salt (рдирдордХ) to taste. Mix well.
- Your radish (рдореВрд▓реА), carrot (рдЧрд╛рдЬрд░) and onion (рдкреНрдпрд╛рдЬрд╝) salad is ready. Enjoy it as a side dish with your main course of lunch or dinner or have it alone as a diet meal or evening snack.
