Radish, Carrot & Onion toast with Coriander and lemon juice is a great and easy to make salad, that goes well with every main course. This salad is also good for diabetics. I made it on regular interval during radish and carrot session. Goes well will every kind of meal.

You can have it with main course or with your thepla, pakoraโ€™s and also enjoy it as it when you are in diet.

Ingredients

  • Wash and peel the radish (เคฎเฅ‚เคฒเฅ€) and carrot (เค—เคพเคœเคฐ). Keep aside.
  • Peel and wash onion (เคชเฅเคฏเคพเคœเคผ). Keep aside.
  • Washed coriander (เคนเคฐเคพ เคงเคจเคฟเคฏเคพ) and green chilies (เคนเคฐเฅ€ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเคš). Keep aside.
  • Dice radish (เคฎเฅ‚เคฒเฅ€), carrots (เค—เคพเคœเคฐ), onion (เคชเฅเคฏเคพเคœเคผ), coriander (เคนเคฐเคพ เคงเคจเคฟเคฏเคพ) and green chilli separately into small pieces. Keep aside.
  • Squeeze the lemon (เคจเคฟเค‚เคฌเฅ‚) to take out its use. Keep aside.
  • In a deep mixing bowl add diced radish (เคฎเฅ‚เคฒเฅ€), carrot (เค—เคพเคœเคฐ), onion (เคชเฅเคฏเคพเคœเคผ), coriander (เคนเคฐเคพ เคงเคจเคฟเคฏเคพ) and green chilies (เคนเคฐเฅ€ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเคš) with lemon (เคจเคฟเค‚เคฌเฅ‚) juice, black pepper (เค•เคพเคฒเฅ€ เคฎเคฟเคฐเฅเคš) powder, salt (เคจเคฎเค•) to taste. Mix well.
  • Your radish (เคฎเฅ‚เคฒเฅ€), carrot (เค—เคพเคœเคฐ) and onion (เคชเฅเคฏเคพเคœเคผ) salad is ready. Enjoy it as a side dish with your main course of lunch or dinner or have it alone as a diet meal or evening snack.
